Thank you for making a gift to support the future of WLPS in honor of its 50th anniversary! Your legacy will be forever remembered with a personalized engraved brick in WLPS's new pathway.

Please fill out the form below exactly as you would like your 4x8 brick to look using capital letters, numbers, and symbols. Graphics available are a heart or dolphin.

Each line can contain 14 characters but some combinations of letters or numbers may limit you to fewer. Please be aware the space between words counts as a character!

All lines will be centered horizontally and vertically. Leave the line blank if you want nothing there. One form should be completed for every brick purchased.
